Firefighters initially commenced in March 2005, A born again Christian Miriam Virgo spent time praying and seeking God when he impressed upon her a wonderful vision,

Seeing herself and an army of likeminded people reaching out to the lost, broken, isolated, frustrated, downcast, hopeless and downtrodden members of society and injecting into them a new found hope, joy, happiness and peace.

Having reached hundreds of people so far Firefighters is still going strong with an aim to be that Spiritual emergency rescue team to assist with emotional, physical, practical and phschological barriers faced by individuals in society.
